We can also arrange house plans, professional photography and video, online social media promotion and high quality brochures.

At GVM, every effort is made to make selling your property as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

Your call will be put straight through to our sales department where a qualified and experienced negotiator will be available to answer your initial queries. We will arrange a convenient time to meet you and talk to you directly.

When our negotiator visits your property, he or she will thoroughly inspect your property, taking measurements and noting the key selling points.

Having made their assessment our agent will provide you with our proposed valuation and sale guideline figure. We may make some recommendations which should help improve the saleability of your property. We will discuss our marketing strategy and agree a mutually acceptable fee.
