Norma from the get go, assisted in every way possible and went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale of my parents house . Norma showed understanding and empathy through a very difficult time .Norma also took time out of work hours to accommodate the process for I live in Australia, and been so far away Norma understood how difficult it was . I cannot speak more highly or recommend Norma enough . Norma was there morning , noon and night if I had any questions and responded instantly. I will be forever grateful for your professionalism, empathy and understanding Norma .
