Richard is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers since 2000 and is a REV (Recognised European Valuer) since 2013. Having almost 25 years’ experience within the sector Richard has an excellent track record with clients, vendors, and purchasers in all aspects of the business including Residential, Land, Commercial Sales and Valuations.

Richard’s knowledge and understanding of the land sales side of the business allows him to excel in both sales and valuations of all types of Farm land and Equestrian properties.

Richard also officiates as a Livestock Auctioneer at the group’s flagship livestock mart in Kilmallock on a weekly basis.
