On the instruction of Limerick City & County County Rural, Community and Culture Directorate, GVM Auctioneers are seeking expressions of Interest in the former library building located on the Emly Road in the village of Hospital, Co. Limerick. LCCC have advised this building has had long standing use as a community facility in Hospital and wish to therefore transfer this asset to an organisation that will continue its use to the benefit of the local community.
All Expressions of Interest are on the basis of applicants submitting an application that will be assessed by Limerick City & County Council. Submission of an application does not imply agreement and is subject to contract / contract denied.
Any disposal of Council owned land and buildings will be subject to the consent of the elected members of Limerick City and County Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 as amended.
The potential usage of this property by the beneficiary is restricted to community services/activities.
