The property is located in the centre of Ardage village close to St Molua’s Church and Nearys Pub . The building is owned by Limerick City and County Council who are currently undertaking works for compliance with fire safety, universal access & services. The works are being funded under the Town and Village Renewal Scheme and are commencing in February 2024. These works are expected to take 3– 4 months to complete. The internal floor area of the property is approximately 140 sq.m / 1,506 sq.ft (excluding service areas and toilets).
The accommodation comprises an Entrance Lobby, Main Floor Area, Preparation Area, Staff Area, Accessible WC and Staff WC. The access to the building is off Main Street, there is currently no rear access or yard.
