LIMERICK CITY & COUNTY COUNCIL INVITE APPLICATIONS FOR THIS BUILDING FOR LOCAL COMMUNITY USE
Limerick City & County County Rural, Community and Culture Directorate are seeking expressions of interest in a building at Brewery Lane, Askeaton, Co. Limerick. LCCC have advised they wish to transfer this building to a community organisation for the use and benefit of the local community.

The building is located on Brewery Lane, Askeaton see map. The red line represents the land under LCCC ownership and includes the building and the small yard / outdoor space to the rear. Please note there is no electricity or running water available at this building at this time. The single storey terraced building has recently been restored by LCCC and the works included: new slate roof, clearance to rear yard, clearance of rubble / debris from building, external render and installation of timber shutters and doors. The building measures approx. 90m and is laid out as 3 separate rooms, each with separate access from Brewery Lane. See floor plan. Please note there is no electricity or running water available at this building at this time.

All Expressions of Interest are on the basis of applicants submitting an application that will be assessed by Limerick City & County Council. Submission of an application does not imply agreement and is subject to contract / contract denied.
